How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for example because you have changed your mind or the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it.

Return acceptance conditions

Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them (original packaging, manuals, cables, labels). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order.

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased on the same credit card used. The refund will be performed within 15 working days.

  • Only the shipping cost for the standard delivery method will be refunded entirely.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for the return of your purchased items.

 

Products Exchange  

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to offer you the possibility to exchange your item.

However you can refuse the parcel at the delivery and you will be refunded once the parcel will be received back in our warehouse.

In case you have already received the product you can ask for it to be returned.
