Place Orders and Pay Online

Videndum.accepts payment by Credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover) + KLARNA (Pay now, Pay later) + iDeal.

Videndum.does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not a secure practice.

VAT

Product prices include VAT. The VAT amount charged will be shown on the packing list included with the product shipment.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
This store only accepts online orders. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or Fax.

Shipping and Handling Charges
When you check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. In the rare case that shipping, and handling charges exceed the amount shown, we will notify you. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Manfrotto NL uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. The shipping rules are listed below. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges pertaining to your order.

Manfrotto NL only ships within Netherlands.

>Standard Delivery 5 €
This service is available on all orders for delivery within 3-5 working days.

>Shipping in 48hrs 10 €

This service is available on all orders received before 14.00, from Monday to Thursday for delivery within 48 hours.

All orders received after 14:00 will be processed on the next working day. This excludes public and bank holidays.

Standard Shipping is free for orders over 150 €.

> UPS Access Point™

UPS Access Point™ is available for orders placed on the Manfrotto site.

This service is not available for products that exceed the maximum size set by VIDENDUM. Exclusions may apply, in this case; UPS Access Point™ will not be displayed at the checkout.

UPS Access Point™ service information

  • UPS shipments (non-Access Point) are typically delivered between 09:00 and 19:00 at private homes and by the end of the business day at business addresses.
  • UPS cannot indicate a specific delivery time within this time frame.
  • UPS makes up to three delivery attempts in the case of a business address, every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. After the three delivery attempts, UPS will hold the shipment for 5 business days at the nearest UPS center. If the shipment is not collected within 5 working days, it will be returned to the sender.
  • In the case of private home delivery, however, UPS makes only one delivery attempt, after which the package will be left at the nearest Access Point.
  • In case of delivery to the Access Point, the customer must present a valid identity document at the time of collection. If the customer cannot collect the package personally, the person delegated for the collection must have with them, in addition to their valid identity document, a copy of the customer's identity document.
  • If the package is not collected within 10 days of delivery at the UPS Access Point, it will be returned to the sender.
  • Delivery times at Access Points are the same as those at private homes, for both the Standard and Express options.
