Acting as the authorized factory service provider for Manfrotto Distribution in Canada, Gentec International is equipped and ready to fulfill all your service needs.

Manfrotto brands that will be serviced at Gentec International include Manfrotto, Gitzo, National Geographic and Avenger. Gentec International’s long-standing quality assurance process will ensure that repairs for all of Manfrotto Distribution’s brands and products are inspected and approved before leaving our facility. Our streamlined repair and inventory process ensures for ultimate efficiency and factory authorized quality means only original factory parts are used. Gentec International promises a full satisfaction guarantee on repairs and labor for 90 days.

Please note: Gentec International is authorized to service and ship equipment within the Canada only. For all service, in or out of warranty, a valid Canadian shipping address must accompany your repair.

Please be sure to include a short note explaining the problem you are having as well as a copy of your proof of purchase if relevant, and your return address, phone number and email information. When received, we will proceed from that point.


Gentec International’s hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday. May to September, Fridays we are open until 4:00pm, and on long weekends until 3:00pm Friday.
