How do I return something to you?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return by contacting us within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that return requests can only be made from the country of purchase.

To initiate a return, you have two options:

  1. 1. If you have an account with us, log in and navigate to "My Orders." From there, select the option to request a return and follow the instructions provided.
  2. 2. If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer Care team by opening a ticket here. Please ensure you have your order number, billing name, and email address on hand when contacting us.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label containing a tracking number and delivery address. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your return shipment.

Upon receiving your return at our warehouses, we will inspect the product to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging, including manuals, cables, and labels. Please note that products must be received in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. The refund will be processed for the value of the goods you purchased.
