Befree GT XPRO carbon tripod

The Befree GT XPRO carbon fibre tripod is the first Manfrotto travel tripod developed for professional photographers. A new carbon travel tripod that combines portability with maximum versatility enabling the most creative photographers to push their limits.

The Befree GT XPRO carbon fibre tripod’s settings and controls are designed to be ergonomic, intuitive, and highly portable. It features a built-in 90°column mechanism in its top casting, which stays safely stored away until needed. Not only does this system allow the camera to be offset from the tripod’s leg position, it also provides the simplest possible way to shoot from ground level or directly overhead.

The tripod is kitted out with Manfrotto’s Advanced 496 head, a portable and powerful head that combines versatility and firmness with a great load capacity (holds up to 10kg/22.03lbs) and independent panoramic and friction knobs for full movement control. Framing with zoom lenses is now easier and faster.

The head is equipped with the world’s most popular professional quick-release plate system, the Manfrotto RC2. This system is fast and easy to use, featuring a built-in safety lock. The camera quick-release plate provided is also compatible with the Arca-type mounting system, making it versatile for other mounting needs. With this unique aluminum plate attached to the camera, all Manfrotto heads* and nearly all tripod heads on the market can be mounted quickly and effortlessly, eliminating the need for disassembly.

This Befree GT XPRO features 100% carbon fibre tubes which reach high quality standards and high levels of performance of rigidity and lightness. This outstanding quality is obtained with a special production process which maximize performance, resistance and reliability.

The spider featured on this innovative model also has an Easy Link, just like Manfrotto’s professional 190 & 055 tripods, allowing photographers to enhance their creativity by adding accessories that make their images unique and unforgettable.
