The 526 Professional Fluid Video Head directly addresses the high-end, heavy-duty video market by offering a feature-packed fluid video head with the ability to support up to 16 kg and counterbalance weight from 8 to 15 Kg. The 526 features a replaceable and removable pan arm rosette, designed so that if any damage occurs to the side castings only a small part needs to be replaced. Its large rubber padded knobs provide enhanced grip and all the controls (tilt and pan lock, tilt drag) are located on the left side so they can easily be reached The 526 provides a fluid drag system comprised of three step settings for low, medium and high drag levels (numbered 1, 2 and 3), plus an additional no-drag setting (number 0) for occasions such as snap-pans/tilts. It features continuous counterbalance system for weights between 8 to 15 Kg @ 125 mm C.O.G. The built-in 100mm half-ball adapts to a number of our tripods, allowing quick camera levelling with the aid of the leveling bubble. It is provided with the 357PLV-1 sliding plate, 2 x 1/4' and 2 x 3/8' camera screws and a removable anti-rotation pin.

The 528XB is the ideal location tripod. It is a sturdy, single-stage tripod with a single-tube leg structure. Its tubes are made of stainless steel for strength under heavy loads, and aluminium for weight saving. A 100mm bowl fits industry-standard half-ball video heads like the 526 and allows you to level the head quickly for accurate panoramic shots. The 528XB includes a versatile mid-level spreader, with telescopic 'ratchet' braces that click into place in each of the preset positions for faster deployment. Each brace can be individually set, allowing each tripod leg to be separately positioned.
