What are the shipping methods?

We offer shipping services through DX with the following delivery methods:

• Standard Delivery for Orders Under £150: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days, and the shipping fee is £6.95.

• Standard Delivery for Orders Over £150: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days, and is FREE of charge.

• Standard Delivery for Bulky Items*: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days and is £25.00. Products with the following characteristics shall be considered bulky:

- Weighs more than 44 lbs/20 kg.
- Its longest side exceeds 38 in/97 cm in length.
- Its total size exceeds 118 in/300 cm in length and girth combined.

Please note that our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received by 1pm BST will be shipped on the same day, while orders received after 1pm BST will be shipped on the next working day.
