  • Data Controller

    The Data Controllers are:

    - Videndum Media Solutions Spa

    - Videndum Italia Spa, Joint Controller as defined in article 26 of Reg. 679/16 based on agreement of joint controllership for personal data’s processing, the information contained in which is accessible by contacting the following address. (hereinafter referred to as the “Companies").

     

    Both Companies based in Italy, Via Valsugana 100 – 36022 Cassola (VI), email privacy-media-solutions@videndum.com (as well as the local distributor Videndum Media Distribution).

  • Type of data processed, Purposes and legal basis of the Processing

    The following personal data is collected and processed: Personal Data of a common nature (company name, first and last name, personal data, role covered within the company, address and VAT No., Tax Code, bank data, contact’s records and data: email, telephone, cell phone), referred to: companies/bodies clients and suppliers and coordinators-employees-clients/suppliers’ collaborators, eventually communicated by the same, for the purposes listed hereinafter:

    a) Pre-contractual purposes and the execution of a contractual relationship;

    b) Administrative-accounting-fiscal and statutory obligations related to the billing and management of the contract’s relationship;

    c) Sending of commercial-promotional-marketing communications, taking place via email, SMS or telephone.

    The legal basis of the data processing for the various purposes is:

    - fulfilment of contractual obligations for the purposes under letter a);

    - statutory obligations, for the purposes under letter b);

    - legitimate interest of the Data Controller for the purposes under letter c).

  • Communication of data to third parties – Data Recipients

    The company may communicate the data processed for the purposes indicated hereinbefore to: company’s internal subjects appointed to the data processing; external subjects belonging to the following categories: external consultants, services companies (transport, shipping, marketing and computer companies), company sales network (agents), banks, authorities and inspection bodies.

  • Transfer of personal data to Third Countries

    Data may be processed or transferred to non-EU Countries, for the aforementioned purposes, in compliance with the current regulations on data transferring to Third party Countries, pursuant to art. 44 and following of the EU Regulation 2016/670 (GDPR) and the local legislation in force.

  • Method of processing, time period and data retention criteria

    Data shall be processed in paper and a digital format. Data shall be processed by the Controller for the period necessary for the execution of the above-mentioned purpose/s and, at their end, for the ongoing prescribed period of the law concerning the preservation of contracts and administrative data and/or for the representation in legal proceedings (ten years from the last use and/or interruption act of the limitation period).

  • Profiling and automated decision-making processes

    The processing is not carried out by means of automated decision-making (e.g. profiling).

  • Data supply

    The assignment of data is mandatory for the execution of the contractual relationship (2.a) and purposes of the law (2.b), while it is optional for marketing purposes (2.c), as the data subject shall have the right to object to such processing as indicated hereinafter. Failure to provide the require data implies the impossibility of pursuing the aforementioned purposes.

  • Rights of the Data Subject, Revocation of Consent and Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

    The Data Subject shall have the right, at any time, if the legal requirements are met, to request access to his/her personal data, rectification, erasure, limitation thereof, exercise the right to object to the processing, revoke the consent provided and to exercise the right to the portability of said data, in cases where this is applicable, by contacting the Controller as outlined below.

    In the event of an alleged infringement the Data Subject, having recourse to the conditions, also has the right to issue a complaint to a Supervisory Authority on the processing of the data placed in the EU Member State where he/she habitually resides or in the EU State in which he/she works or in which the infringement has occurred.

  • Contacts and Requests

    To object to the processing or exercising the rights provided for by the applicable laws on the protection of personal data and/or to know the complete list of the external subjects to the processing and/or to obtain information regarding the transfer of data to non-EU Countries and the related guarantees, the Data Subject may submit a request to the address privacy-media-solutions@videndum.com Via Valsugana 100 – 36022 Cassola (VI). The request shall be reviewed as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
