How do I return a product?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt and return the product for a refund.

In order to request a return, you can log into your account and initiate a return request. If you do not have an account set up with us, you would need to contact our Customer Care team by opening a ticket here. Please have your order number ready.

Return acceptance conditions

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product to ensure it is received unused with original packaging, manuals, cables and labels.

Products must be received in unused conditions to be eligible for a refund.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased on the original form of payment.

Returns can only be received from the country where the order was placed.

Acceptance of return

Upon receipt of your return to our warehouses, we will check the condition of the product and confirm the possibility of accepting the return.

Once the return is accepted, you will be refunded the value of the goods you purchased on the same credit card (payment method) used. The refund will be performed within 15 business days.

  • Shipping costs for standard ground shipments are eligible for a full refund.
  • Videndum.offers return shipping labels so that you can return your products at no cost to you. Please contact our Customer Care department to request a shipping label 

 

Products Exchange 

Videndum Media Distribution does not offer exchanges at this time. We currently offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns for defects

All items should be received in new condition. If you received a faulty or defective item please contact our Customer Care team by opening a ticket here. Please have your order number ready.
